The Citizenship Portal (Martino: Portal del Ciudadano; Alexandrian: Portail du Citoyen; Wechua: Runa Punku) is the comprehensive digital government services platform of Nouvelle Alexandrie, launched in 1741 AN as the centerpiece of the National Connectivity Initiative under the Administration of Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez's A Better Deal framework. The unified online platform centralizes access to over 200 government services across 27 federal departments and agencies, serving as the primary digital interface between New Alexandrian citizens and their government.
Built upon the foundation of the Project Citizen Registry and integrating with existing systems such as My Federal Account and the FANCYS, the Citizenship Portal represents the most comprehensive digital government transformation in the Federation's history. As of 1743 AN, the platform processes more than 15 million transactions monthly, representing a 320% increase in digital government service utilization since the program's inception.
