The Airspace of Çakaristan consists of the airspace over territory and territorial waters. The territory as formulated by the Micras Cartography Society and territorial waters according to the Convention on the Laws of the Seas.

Per 1.X.1724 AN, an air defence identification zone (ADIZ) has been established at the edges of Çakari airspace. Over water, this zone already applies over the exclusive economic zone and over land borders a zone of about 100 km. If an aircraft does not have valid identification, the Çakari Air Force is authorised to intervene.

Access

Signatories to the Convention on Civil Aviation have permission to use airspace. This includes transit rights, traffic rights, beyond rights and cabotage. Except for the right to fly within Çakari airspace without continuing to one's own state.
