Valioliiga was the premier division of Jääkieli football, comprising of the 10 top teams in the country. Valioliiga was formed in 2021 after the game of football being a part-time game since its establishment. The league disbanded in the 2022 season following the collapse of Jääland during The Troubles. Football on the Jääland Peninsula is now played under the Iselande National Soccer League, and all six clubs were rebuilt for that competition.
