Hoss Rosario

Older brother of Michael Rosario, and supporter of human rights in the early days of Cyberia. Although of limited capacity, Hoss always showed good humor and a brotherly concern for his younger brother's well-being.

Nominated for President by the Groucho-Marxist Party, although denied a place on the ballot as he had been exiled, by the Cyberian Oligarchy and was not considered to be a citizen by them.
