The Keltian Bulk Line is a government-maintained reight and passenger railway corridor that runs from the town of Artés to the terminus in Cajamara. It connects the important cities of Cárdenas, Rimarima, and Parap. It services 25 towns and runs through multiple rural communities, suburbs, and villages. The line forms the backbone of the Keltian rail network of Nouvelle Alexandrie, with the Nouvelle Alexandrie Railways operating both intercity and commuter services.
Since the opening of the Cárdenas-Parap High Speed Line, it now primarily serves local commuter rail services and regional traffic between those cities, while remaining a vital connection to Artés and Santiago in the south, and Cajamarca in the north.
