Format
Four teams will qualify for the competition from each region. All four teams from the same region will play each other in a single round-robin group stage. The group winners will be declared continental champions, and will advance to the knock-out stages, where a random draw will be made for the semi-finals.

Teams will be required to name a twenty player squad for the tournament, with two goalkeepers, numbered 1 to 20.
