Army of Karnamark

The Army of Karnamark was a colonial force raised by the District of Karnamark as a part of the plantation of Keltia by Hurmu.

To maintain a gaol for the confinement of low characters, debtors, and those who would evade the labour obligations, stipulated taxes or customs dues.
Lieutenantcies	24	12,000 crowns	To organise the impressment of native subjects for corvee labour. To send out tax collectors and revenue officers to collect dues from the households and merchants of the municipalities. To operate informers and thieftakers. To watch the comings and goings of low characters and those who would have business with them.
