Sancrus Football Club 1705, commonly known as Sancrus FC, is a professional football club based in Sancrus, Vegno, that competes in the Campionato Vegnese di Calcio, the top tier of the Vegnese football league. Founded in 1705 NA by one of the richest families in the island town, Sancrus FC immediately drew attention to itself due to the passion of the owners and their desire to excel in the national competition ready to debut.
History
In 1705 NA, Goffredo Ripamonti decided to invest part of his family's money in the creation of a football team capable of representing the entire island.
The Ripamonti family is a vegnese multi-industry business family and one of the most influential families of Sancrus, known for the wealth accumulated over the years thanks to entrepreneurship. Goffredo is the youngest son of Giangiacomo Ripamonti, the founder of his dinasty and therefore the first to start the entrepreneurial activity. Ripamonti family currently owns 100% of the shares of the company.
One week after the foundation, the club appointed Fortunato Bongiovanni as manager.
