The Kraapraat (Count's Council in Istvanistani) is the executive government of the County of Highpass. It is chaired by the Count or, in his absence, the Kraapkunzeler. While much of the day-to-day governance of the country is conducted by the Kraapraat, ultimate executive power is vested in the Count who must approve all measures taken by the Kraapraat and its members. Count Oze IV's brother Lasse Jaas Ozymandias regularly attends the Council as heir apparent.
