The Port Balaine Superleague (PBS) is the sole national association football league in Port Balaine. The league was organized in 2021 to formalize the senior play of Balainese football. It is organized by the Port Balaine Football Association, though its clubs are privately owned. The league hosts 34 teams across the top four levels of the Balainese football pyramid.

The Superleague also manages the PBS Reserve League as its non-age-restricted academy and reserve format.

Clubs

Clubs in the Superleague are organized privately. Some, especially in the Premiership, are operated professionally for profit. Most are semi-professional or amateur.
