The Islamic Internet Republic national football team is the football team which represents the micronation of the Islamic Internet Republic. It is a member of the CTFA, after originally being affiliated to the EMUFA, and is the official successor of the Nederlands, and as such retains its records.

The team has existed twice in the FMF's history; firstly in 2011, and secondly since late 2020.

History

The team was founded in early 2011 after the foundation of the Islamic Internet Republic as the successor state to the Nederlands. Under the name of the Nederlands, the team finished bottom of their four-team 2010 World Cup qualifying group with one point.

The Islamic Internet Republic team competed in their first qualifiers the following year, again finishing bottom of their group but with twice as many points as the previous year. The Islamic Internet Republic left Micras in late 2011.

The Islamic Internet Republic returned to Micras in late 2020.
