| Rodrigo Warwick was born as the son of Rodrigo and Paula Warwick in Puerto Habana. Born in poverty, Rodrigo became involved with small-time criminality from an early age. At age 18, he was already arrested over twenty times. Following the expansion of the Verionian [[La Familia]] cartel to Puerto Habana, Warwick managed to rise up in the cartel ranks and became responsible for the trafficking of Aracatacan cocaine and Soufi heroin to Apollonia and Eura. As a narcotrafficker, Warwick gained a reputation of being uncompromising and cruel, which made him one of the most wanted criminals in [[Gran Verionia]]. By 1685, Warwick had become incredibly wealthy and moved to Saint Gabriel's upon the collapse of Gran Verionia.

| In Saint Gabriel's, Warwick became politically active, funding independence movements. As an ethnic Skerrian, Warwick also funded populist factions that wished to restrain the rights of the Sri Pashana people. In 1686, he founded the Independent People's Party, a populist and Skerrian nationalist party that intents to participate in the upcoming elections.
