Between the People's Republic of Graecia and The Realms Represented by the Hexarchy of Pyrax, Eridu, and the Eventide Islands (Hence referred to as the signatories, Graecia or The Hexarchy).

However, Graecia, if the government of The Hexarchy requests so, is willing to assist them to resolve any dangers that jeopardizes either state's welfare.

Chapter 3
Any non-military and non-fishing vessel regiestered in one of the two signatores may enter the other's territorial waters without any tax. An exemption is if the vessel approaches more than 24 kilometers, or if any activity that breaks any laws of either signatory takes place by or on the ship. If a fishing vessel enters, it will be seized by the navy of either signatory; if a military vessel enters without authorization, it will be consider an invasion and an act of war.

Chapter 3
Any non-military aircraft registered in one of the two signatories may enter the other's aerial space without any tax. An exemption is if the aircraft flies below 10.000 feet, or if any activity that breaks any laws of either signatory takes place by or on the aircraft. If a military aircraft enters without authorization, it will be consider an invasion and an act of war.

Chapter 4
Any taxes that may be imposed if a ship enters more than 24 kilometers or if a plane flies lower than 10.000 shall be the concern of the respective signatories governments.
