La Milla de Oro (Ist: the Mile of Gold) is the popular nomenclature for the traverse of the Central Avenue in the Hato Real District in Punta Santiago, Alduria. The "Gold Strip" — as many bankers commonly call it — encompasses the nation's financial district and parts of the Campos Business District that also house the headquarters of banks and important financial institutions. The headquarters of Alduria's central bank, the Bank of Alduria, is located about 208 Central Avenue.
