Lenin City is the capital city of Storej on the island of Leng bordering Elwynn. The autonomous Islamic Republic of Freedom Island shares martime borders with Lenin City. It is divided between three sublocality, the Governmental Sublocality, Transellieania and the Homer Simpson Sublocality. It, like all of Leng, is in the Arctic of Micras. As with such, the water (expect for some parts of the Ellieania Lake) is undrinkable and it imports most of its water from elsewhere in Storej. Its mayor is Earnestine Donlon, the first known women mayor of Lenin City in all of history.
