Vice City is the largest and most populous city in the Florian state of Ontario. Vice City's metropolitan area is home to 4.3 million people and is well known as a major cultural centre in the country, most notably in music and art. The city is also a major industrial hub and houses the main factories for one of the world-leading car manufacturers, Titan as well as other smaller companies.
Vice City has one of the most diverse cultures and this has influenced music locally and internationally, with the city notable for famous techno, jazz and hip hop artists. Despite a booming industry in place and diverse culture, this, however, has eventually led to massive amounts of gang crime within the city and because of this, the city is dubbed "The most dangerous city in the Florian Republic and probably the world".
