FLO Hockey is recognised by the Micras Hockey League and Association of Sports Leagues as the governing body for all levels of ice hockey from professional to grassroots. Founded in 2019, after the demise of the Florian Hockey League. The association organises the National University Hockey League and Florian Premier Hockey League, the two major leagues outside the Intercontinental Hockey League. In case of a ICHL lockout or player disputes between the FLO Hockey and the ICHL, national team players are selected from the two FRHA organised leagues.
Also, the Association organises the Florian Republic National Team Development Program, a select group of talented academy players who play an exhibition season with teams from both the UC16 Hockey League and Florian Premier Ice Hockey League to boost their development.

The under-17 and under-18 teams play games domestically against opponents in the Kingsland Major Junior Hockey League (U-18), Kingsland AAA Premier League (U-17) and exhibition matches between UC16 Hockey League (U-18) teams.
