The flag of Batavia is the national flag of Batavia since the Second Kingdom of Batavia. The flag is a simplification of the flag of the First Kingdom of Batavia.
There is an informal flag instruction, namely:
The Batavian flag may only be posted in public on national flag days, provided that the prescribed manner is taken into account.
Geus

The Batavian geus is used by Batavian ships, preferably the naval ships of the army. The geus differs totally from the national flag but does use the national colors (blue, orange and white). A geus from a naval ship of the Batavian navy is carried:
1. if the ship is at anchor or on the quay on Sundays and public holidays.
2. if there is a foreign naval ship in the port.
3. if a Batavian navy ship is in a foreign port.
