A work of collaborative fiction, the The Burning Sands of Tashbaan was begun on the Babkhan forum in 2003 by Christopher Wyndham and quickly caught the imagination of fellow forum participants, becoming a 58,000 word short story that, unfortunately, finished rather abruptly.
