The Al Makkab Sandstorms are a team belonging to the Sayaffallan Royal League, a professional soccer association at the highest level in the nation of Sayaffallah.


Club History

The Al Makkab Sandstorms were founded in 1902 in the city of Al Makkab in the southwestern desert of the country. Originally it was a group of wealthy industrialists who ran the petroleum excavation companies in the desert areas of the country. Al Makkab Sandstorms started out in a small stadium with seating for 100 fans but quickly grew much larger as it excelled in the sport over the years and soon it became one of the most popular teams in the city of Al Makkab.
