The population of the Military Government of Northwest Corum (Henceforth M.G.N-W.C.) is defined as all Corish people residing within its boundaries, and all Ralgonese and Matamorano soldiers assigned to duties within its borders. The borders of the M.G.N-W.C. are as follows: a line drawn directly east from the easternmost point of the northern bay of Corum to the Mina Forest; the western border of the Mina Forest itself; a line drawn directly west from the previously-mentioned border to the southernmost point of the northern bay; the natural boundary of the northern bay. The governor of the M.G.N-W.C. shall be Colonel Salvador Cueva of the Matamorano Northwest Corum Volunteers, and shall be its sole executive.
