The Keltia Restoration Movement (KRM) is an vanic, militant and mystical organization that emerged in northern Keltia following the Recesion of 1737. Despite its alleged advocacy of the "rebirth of the ancient Celtic lands," the true nature of the movement is based on a much more perverse, destructive and narcissistic ideology.

The KRH flourished during the Recesion of 1737, amidst the chaos of collapsed central authorities and scattered local militias. It first appeared on the Cecna-Skarn Plateau, then spread into the interior of Rohan. The group's alleged founder is a charismatic but anonymous leader who introduces himself as "The Man of Rebirth" and never shows his face. The organization revolves around a cult of the leader, purifying the Keltic lands from their filth.

The KRM pervertedly revives the old Vanic cult. Its rituals include nudity, abuse, forced initiation and mystical hallucinations. This cult deifies individual desire and narcissism. Every individual is obliged to worship the "Supreme Self" within. In this respect, it has an ideological connection with the Order of Nine Angles (ONA). In particular, the ONA's principles of "basic immorality and nihilism" are directly reflected in the corrupt rituals of the KRM.

The organization is currently estimated to have around 100,000 militants. The majority of these are militia recruited from looted villages, volunteers participating in perverse rituals, and fighters who are forced to join. They are particularly threatening trade routes by setting up camps in the no-man's lands north of Keltia.

The KRH describes the Grand Duchy of Normandie as "the greatest enemy of moral order". For this reason, it is currently in active war with Normandy. However, this war is conducted in the form of guerrilla raids, ambushes, and civilian terror rather than traditional frontal warfare.

Overview

The Keltia Restoration Movement (KRM) is a radical, post-anarchic cult-paramilitary faction operating in Northern Keltia, born from the ashes of the 1737 Recesion, a period marked by the collapse of major states, socio-political fragmentation, and ecological decay. Ostensibly nationalist and revivalist in nature, KRM presents itself as a movement to restore “true Keltic heritage” — yet beneath this facade lies a network of ritual violence, theological corruption, and psychological warfare rooted in narcissism, mysticism, and occult doctrines.

KRM emerged in the Cecna–Skarn frontier region, preying upon the lawlessness of the ungoverned zones. Within a few years, it extended its reach from Cecna to the borderlands of Rohan, establishing outposts, encampments, and mobile warbands. Their primary strategy revolves around pillaging, psychological manipulation, and the infiltration of decaying local institutions.

The group's sudden rise after 1737 is often attributed to the disappearance of formal governance, the erosion of spiritual order, and the mystical “Calling” — a mass hallucination event claimed to have affected thousands during the winter of 1738, interpreted as a divine signal by the movement’s leadership.
