Islus (Elw: Эслоос, Ysloos /əˈsloːs/) was an Elwynnese bailiwick and city in Utasia (AAR), destroyed during the Scouring.
Population in 1680 AN was 1,946,522, of which 45% have Babkhi had as their native language and 32% Elw. Its name was an Elw corruption of the Istvanistani sluice, as the city was erected just by the East Elwynn Sluices. It was the largest city in Utasia, the second largest in the Alalehzamini Autonomous Republic, and the fifth-largest bailiwick in Elwynn. Official languages were Elw and Babkhi.
