BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Federal Assembly, in this present session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

PART I
GENERAL PROVISIONS.

Article 1: Short Title.

  1. This act shall be known as the Moorland-Normark Military Force Authorisation Act, 1719.

Article 2: Definitions.

  1. "Confederacy of the Dispossessed" refers to the rogue organisation operating in Moorland and Normark, engaging in acts of terrorism and violence against civilians and the government.
  2. "Military Force" refers to the armed forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie, including the Army, Navy, and Air Force.

PART II
AUTHORISATION OF MILITARY FORCE.

Article 3: Authorisation to Use Military Force.

  1. The Government of Nouvelle Alexandrie is hereby authorised to use military force against the Confederacy of the Dispossessed in Moorland and Normark, in accordance with the provisions of existing Treaties and bilateral agreements.
  2. The use of military force shall be limited to the purpose of protecting the people of Nouvelle Alexandrie, Moorland, and Normark, to restore peace and stability in the affected regions, and to eliminate the Confederacy of the Dispossessed and any supporting forces or factions.

PART III.
'CLOSING PROVISIONS.

Article 4: Appropriations.

  1. The amounts necessary for the implementation of this Act are hereby appropriated from available funds not otherwise appropriated.

Article 5: Closing Provisions.

  1. This act shall apply to all of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie.
  2. This act shall not become law unless it has been given Royal Assent.
  3. This act shall be published and made publicly available.
  4. This act shall take effect upon its approval.
  5. If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the act, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
