Early Life
Matez moved to Daau at the age of 12 with his family due to his father's job. He started learning football in Daau and joined Daas FC's academy at the age of 13.
Senior Career
Daas FC
Matez penned his first ever professional contract at the age of 17 for Daas FC. The youngster would appear 53 times for the club over 3 years and score a total of 15 goals.
Return to Krasnovlac
On deadline day of the 20/21 season, Trifold FC announced the signing of Matez from Daas for DR 23k. He would only stay in Krasnovlac for two seasons to fullfil his contract and left the club after 32 games while scoring only 2 goals.
Aeland Krasno Natives Daau
AKN(D) announced that Matez would join the club on a free after his contract with Trifold FC expired.
Bintang Lukana
Matez would sign for Bintang Lukana following contract termination with AKN(D) due to personal disputes.
