Carol Stream is the largest city in Passas, and is the only Passasian city East of the Rodina River. This City has a population of roughly a million people, and is home to the Star Tower, which is the tallest building in Passas, reaching 88 stories and 1,483 feet. It is also the location of the National Bank Headquarters.  Just South of the city, Donnet Automotive produces it's cars along the Rodina. But out of the dark, a bright light shines. Rahul Boussa, an Afrikaanian international, has started the Hope Project, which brings food to Tware every day. It also provides learning facilities to children in need of education.[1]
