The first class of 1711 AN, transferred to the Cimmeria and Raikoth Special Autonomous Region for the purpose of participating in Humanistic educational trials.

The Special Vocational Education and Training School, founded on 13.I.1711 AN at Vanaheim, is a chartered body of the Benacian Academy established for the purpose of studying the application of Raikothlin harmonisation techniques upon "wayward youths". Should the experimental procedures prove successful, the next stage would be to incorporate the learnings into the gymnasia curriculum of the Academy, and to apply the same to those institutions across the Union-State.
