The Department of Culture and Sports is the department that is in charge of the policies of the federal government of Nouvelle Alexandrie on matters relating to tourism, culture, art, religion, and sports. Major cultural entities such as the National Museum system, the Royal National Theater, the Federal Library, and the massive Ciudad de los Deportes sports complex are under this department. The department promotes the development of the national arts and culture, launches cultural and artistic preservation projects, and foster the growth of the sports, entertainment, and tourism industries.
The department is headed by a Secretary of Culture and Sports, who is appointed by the King on the advice of the President of the Government. The Secretary of Culture and Sports is a member of the Council of State.
The Department of Social Security and National Solidarity is headquartered at the Marco Zimmer Government Building in the Colonne de la Forêt neighborhood of Cárdenas, FCD. The department was established in 1687 AN as part of the New Prosperity Plan to administer important cultural projects and infrastructure projects relating to culture, tourism, and sport in the Federation.
