The Military Intelligence and Security Directorate (Sanama) is a command of the Sanaman Armed Forces responsible for military intelligence, counter-terrorism, force protection and security operations. Its size and the names of its operators are classified. It maintains a close relationship with its civilian counterpart, the National Security Service, as well as the other intelligence and security organisations within the Raspur Pact and other allies.

Criticism
MISC has previously received criticism from politicians and human rights advocates for cooperation with and rendition to the security agencies of the Unified Governorates, a nation with notably laxer standards when it comes to human rights compared to Sanama.
