The regular season consists of thirty-six inter-group games. The top teams of both groups (Living Area and Sleeping Area) play a best-of-seven series for the national title. Every year,the league's champion gains the chance to join the Micras League Baseball.

Since Birgeshir doesn't have cities because is currently an extra-territorial micronation,the league consists of 4 teams that represent some rooms of a common house.
