'B' Conference
The top two teams in the 'B' Conference advance to the elimination quarter-finals, as well as gaining promotion to the 'A' Conference for the 2019 edition. Mercurian Nova England finished bottom of the 'B' Conference and were to be relegated, however due to Gerenia's resignation from the MHL, they will compete in a play-off against Lakkvia, who finished third in the 'C' Conference.
