The Alig national football team is the football team which represents the micronation of Alrig. It is a member of the AEFA, and is run by the ERAS. The team is the official successor of the Old Oil Rig, and as such retains its records.

History

The team was founded in mid-2018 after the foundation of Alrig as the successor state to the Old Oil Rig. The team first competed in the 2019 World Cup qualifiers, where they finished bottom of their five-team group with one point to their name.
