Teams play each other twice, once home and once away. The winner is awarded 3 points, a draw gives one point, and a loss gives no points. The top five teams are then called upon to participate in the [[Euran League Champions Cup|Champion's Cup]] of the Euran League against the five teams called forth from the counterpart [[Euran League - Constancia Division|Constancian Division]]. The team that finishes at the top of the division additionally receives the Jam-e Kei-khosrow, the division trophy, for that year.

If the teams cannot be separated based on this, and if the championship, international qualification or relegation is at stake, the teams involved shall meet in a playoff game on neutral ground.
Teams must register a squad of 25 players. U21 players need not be registered. At least two players must be goalkeepers. No more than five foreign players may be registered. Constancian players are considered foreign for the purpose of maintaining the separation of the two divisions of the Euran League. Team must also have at least eight players registered who have completed their foundational training with the [[Education & Indoctrination Service of Raspur/Sarayzenana|Dabirestân-e Andarûn]] between the ages of 12 and 16.
