The Sayaffallan Royal Football Cup is the annual association football cup series held in Bellissimomare Stadium consisting of the regular team fixtures of the Sayaffallan Royal League in their final game. The cup is inscribed with the winning team and the final score and the name of the most valuable player. Additionally a second cup is given to the winning team that must be passed on to the team that wins the following year but can be held by the winning team until the next championship game.
