The National Critical Infrastructure Review Program, more known via its acronym, NCIRP, is a comprehensive evaluation, assessment, and scrutiny over the condition of public works such as buildings, roads, bridges and the like.
Begun via a verbal order during the first cabinet meeting of President of the Government of Nouvelle Alexandrie Paolo Antonio Aguilar, it has been lauded for its active utilization of civic volunteers and its high degree of citizen engagement, where ordinary citizens are encouraged to take a picture or video of what they consider as critical infrastructure in their own neighborhoods, and report accordingly online to a dedicated website and email address of the Department of Civil Works and Transportation.
