Kartan Lla'i, born in 1624 AN, is Shireroth's current ambassador to the Safir Alliance. A great-grandson of Spraki Krumsson, he was appointed by Kaiser Ayreon IV on 19.V.1670 AN to the position of ambassador and departed for Firnerámnen shortly afterwards, along with his family. He arrived in Aňira on 1.VII.1670 AN, and presented his letters of credence to Queen Lina VII the next day.
