Homemade Hänä cakes, alongside raw hjoberries.

A Hänä cake, or Hänä roll, is a small pastry confection originating in Craitland, closely associated with the city of Hänävissen-ó-Cräiteland in the county of Hänä. Hänä cakes are made using hjoberries, rolled within shortcrust pastry.

The cakes are a popular snack among hikers and mountaineers in Craitland as an energy source and have come to be ironically nicknamed "a roll down Hänävissen".

The Hänä cake's popularity has led to the creation of annual awards judging the best-made entries, with coffee shop chain ₢1 Coffee being a regular winner for their in-store bakes.
