The Decree: On Prince Elian or Lord Walstadt (1645:001-M) is a decree by Noor, Queen of the Elian Lands, issued on 13 Grunil 1645.
The law remains intact, except for the part about "Lord of Walstadt", where legal discussions have occurred. In the original interpretation of the law referred to the lordship all over what is now Whales, but currently only the capital city. As such, legal scholars in Whales have agreed that the title "Lord of Walstadt" refers to the title as claimed by Adam and not the title Lord of Walstadt (when referring to the capital city of Whales).
