The Free State of Zeeburg, also know as Zeeburg, is a protectorate of Batavia. Only the army and diplomats are depandent of the Batavian Crown.
Government
Zeeburg is a mabucraty. This form of Government is only used in Zeeburg and is a part of his culture.
Zeeburg has a Municipal Council to compare with a Parliament and a bench of aldermen as court. At the head of both is the elected head of State: the Bailiff and Mayor of Zeeburg or short the Bailiff. The artisans chosen from the traders who have no voting rights, their representatives.

Beer
The Zeeburgish culture relate with the Batavia: we like nice beer. Their are two beers botteld in Zeeburg: Zeeburg and Portus.
