The EMU Championships (often abbreviated to EMU's) is the international continental association football competition for the EMUFA confederation.

The tournament was formerly contested every two years, but was switched to an annual tournament after the success of EMU 2011. The tournament was first contested in 2007, and there have been six tournaments so far.

Qualification

From 2009 until [[2014 EMU Championships|2014], the FMF World Cup qualification has served as a qualifying tournament for the EMU Championships. From 2016, after the FMF moved to a bi-annual calendar, the EMUFA has held its own qualifying.
