History
The Farlan Warriors were founded in 1965 by a group of businessmen in the town of Farlan whose sons wanted to play on a professional level after playing on a regional league for two years time. The team was created and accepted into the SRL on June 1, 1968 following lengthy debates about whether or not the team matched the professional caliber necessary to play within the SRL. Attendance has historically not matched with the attendance at other SRL teams making the Farlan Warriors one of the smaller teams in the league with an attendance of around 12,600 at most games filling the stadium to capacity.
Kit and colours
The colours of the Farlan Warriors is tan and peach representing the colours of the shield of the warrior seen on the logo of the team and the peach representing the skin colour of the warrior.
Mascot
The mascot is Farlas the Mighty an ancient warrior who roams the sidelines with his sword unsheathed.
Stadium
Warrior Field is the Farlan Stadium with an occupancy of 12,650 making it one of the smaller stadiums. However the stadium is made unique because it is situated inside of a roller coaster theme park enabling guests to take in the game and then spend the rest of the day riding roller coasters and a variety of attractions all of which are owned by the Farlan Warriors. Warrior Park is the name of the theme park that exists around the stadium itself.
