David Mallory Neylan (b. 23.III.1711 AN) is an Aerlan politician who currently represents Genos Parish in the National Assembly of Aerla. He is also the Conservative Bloc's candidate for the 1760 Presidential election.
Neylan was born in Shellford, his father owned a cabinet-making business in the city. After the Bloch-Dobbs Expedition and the annexation of the Six Parishes, he moved to the town of Genos. He was elected to the National Assembly in 1740 AN.
