The Peerage of the Imperial State of Constancia formally constitutes the nobility within the Imperial State, and is a hereditary distinction. It is granted by the Basileus or Basilinna, in their capacity as sovereign and as fount of honor.
Peerages
- Prince of Molivadia. Originally established in 1667 and granted to Jaime Augusto Joaquin Primo de Aguilar, including the governance and absolute ownership of the Principality of Molivadia.
- Baron Phelixia. Originally established in 1692 and granted to Stratárchis George Maniakes. Currently held by his eldest son, Adrastos Maniakes.
- Baron Tzimiskes. Originally established in 1692 and granted to Basil Tzimiskes, Imperial Senator, Mesazon, and Speaker of the Synkletos. Currently held by his son, Dennis Tzimiskes.
- Baron Koeppen. Originally established in 1704 and granted to Matthäus Koeppen, Imperial Senator and Mesazon. Currently held by his son, Bjørn Koeppen.
- Prince of Shahzamin. Originally established in 1710 and granted to Prince Alexander. Unlike the title Prince of Molivadia, not inherent with the title is the governance and absolute ownership of Shahzamin.

- Baron Hendriksson. Originally established in 1740 and granted to Stratárchis Bjørn Hendriksson, Imperial Senator.
- Baron Grobba. Originally established in 1740 and granted to Arteshbod Jost Grobba, Imperial Senator.
- Baron Pasternak. Originally established in 1740 and granted to Klaus Pasternak.
- Baron of New Delfinenstrand. Originally established in 1744 and granted to Prince of Whales Daniel Lors Simrani-Kalirion, including the governance and absolute ownership of New Delfinenstrand.
- Baron Metaxas. Originally established in 1748 and granted to Imperial Senator of the Imperial State of Constancia Stratárchis (Field Marshal) Periklês Metaxas, including the governance and absolute ownership of Metaxas.
