Aitori, also known as Aitori Noodles, is a Sanpanese noodle company. The main building and factory are located in Kōriyama. Aitori is a leading company in the Sanpanese prepared food market and exports packaged goods throughout the Micras.

Aitori was founded in Tsuku in 1675 AN and continued production there until 1681 AN. The factory's relocation to Kōriyama automatically led to the relocation of the headquarters. Production continued uninterrupted until 1692 AN, but the company was affected by the collapse of Sanpantul and the Batavian dominance. The factory regained its former capacity in 1702 AN. A fire at the factory in 1712 AN forced its withdrawal from the market. The factory's opening was postponed by the outbreak of the Sanpo-Çakar War. During the post-war recovery, a new factory was opened following investment by Çakari funds. Section B opened in 1730 AN, and Section C of the factory was planned, but the plan was abandoned after the Recession of 1737. By the late 1740s, the company had become a globally recognized noodle company.

Aitori Noodles come in a variety of flavors and types. Aitori's curry, chili, soy sauce, vegetable, chicken, and beef flavored noodles are among the most popular. Numerous exotic flavored noodles are also available. Glass noodles and black noodles are typically sold in one-kilogram, transparent bags.
