The Riponian Premier League, also known as the Riponian Premiership is the top-tier of Riponian Football League tier consisting of 8 teams. The current champions are Port Rackham Rangers, who also won the EMUFA Champions League and the EMUFA Super Cup along with the Premiership title.

In 2008, the RFA Cup will be kicked off including the Riponian Championship teams. Riponia has a strong identity of its diverse continental football in EMUFA and is known for being the fastest played league on Micras. Riponia internationalwise, has never lived up to its league quality with a 2006 Quarter-Final finish after being knocked out 2-1 by a Gaia after being 1-0 up before half-time. In 2007, the qualifiers concluded in Riponia going to the playoff qualifiers however still managing to qualify for this years world cup.

The league has a remarkable amount of decent foreign players, some of which have adapted to the quick and physical style of Riponian football. Examples of these players are Sebastien Focán, Jon Anders Larsen, Steve Stevenson and Yorihato Takegi.

The league has also produced some of Riponia's finest players, some of which are now included in the Riponian national team. These are players such as Benjamin Cotts, Theodore Sinclair, Lewis Prescott and Chris Farnham.

In 2008 there is an introduction of the Stavely, Port Rackham and Ripon rivlaries. The Stavely rivalry is between two teams from the northern part of the Stavely in the nothern region of Riponia between Gunners Athletic and Northriding Hotspurs. The Port Rackham derby is between Port Rackham Rangers located west to the centre of the city with Tramerton FC being located on the outskirts of Port Rackham. The Ripon rivalry is between Ripon City Magnets from West Ripon and Ripon Rovers from the East.
