Ciudad Emperador José Joaquín is a refugee resettlement city created by Autokratorial Decree. It is located in Shahzamin.
History
Established during the East Keltian Collapse as a haven for subjects of Anahuaco, in the course of Operation Northern Light and Operation Haven Shield, it was initially very hastily constructed using military and field tents deployed by members of the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces, and excess empty shipping containers. Later, construction via wood and light materials was initiated, followed by purpose-built housing contracted to ESB Construction and other builders. Priority area for Imperial Constancian Labor Service and National Service work until the end of 1742.
Government
New Konungshjem is governed as an autonomous city, in accordance with Anahuaco law. Former Imperial Constancian Ambassador to Anahuaco Hillary Nicostrato was obliged to serve as the effective mayor (with the formal designated title of Military Governor) until elections in Constancia were announced for late 1742.
