AFC Heartpool, commonly referred to as Hearts is a Nova English football club which competes in the Mercury Second League. The team was founded in 2006.
In the 2012 Nova England Cup, Heartpool finished top of the four team group, before defeating West Grinstead FC on penalties in the final. Heartpool missed out on promotion to the Premier League, after losing 3–2 on aggregate to A Kind of Magic in the 2013 Second League play-offs.
