The Head of State of the Apollonian Republic of Shireroth's East is the Caudillo, a title granted by the Seven Heroic Legions of the National Protection Army to Trajan Myksos. As there are no succession laws, it's highly likely that the title will be passed based on tradition, which is granting it to the oldest child of the ruler (a habit which is in use since the establishment of the Myksos Dynasty in 5141 ASC).
During the days that Kildare was still a subdivision of Shireroth, it was ruled by the Dutch (or Duke) of Kildare.
