The 2021 Cerialimpiade Games, officially known as the 5th Cerialimpiade Games is a Phinbellan multi-sport event held in Phinéas Padolski, the Territory of Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area's administrative center. During the era of the Phinbellan provisional government, Phinéas Padolski had been the host city for the first edition of the Cerialimpiade, and in this edition is the second time Phinéas Padolski has been the host city.
Host selection
On 10 May RP 2613, at a meeting of the Phinbella Sports Federation Cerialimpiade committee meeting chaired by Yang Berhormat Dato' 'Ammar Alias bin Syarifuddin Kassim, the Phinbellan Minister of Youth and Sports, a vote was held to be entitled and made the host city for the RP 2615 edition. Among the cities on the shortlist are Phinéas Padolski, Danville, Cyberaya and Liancourt Rocks.
Three months later, voting was initiated by the committee. Shortly afterwards, Phinéas Padolski won the right to host the fifth Cerialimpiade.
On June 9, RP 2615, the committee announced that the event was postponed to a date to be held in RP 2616 or RP 2617, as many of the existing facilities in the city took a long time to upgrade. So on February 4, RP 2616, the new date has been announced by the committee is to fall in October RP 2617, and Phinéas Padolski is still given the right to host this Cerialimpiade event.
