Mina Mițura is the capital of the Palat district of Nova Caradia and was the first township of the nation. It is located nearby the coast of the largest of the Isles of Hope. It was the location of the drafting of the constitution of the republic, and served as temporary seat of government until the capital of Rorfast reached a point in its construction where it could serve the purpose. The city still serves as the location of Palatul de Iederă, the palace of the monarch.
